Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a maximum refund of 50%. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental are eligible for a maximum refund of 25%. Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled rental are non-refundable. Due to the specialized nature of the exotic automotive rental industry, these policies are strictly enforced.

• More than 7 days before your rental: Up to 50% of what you paid is refunded.
• Within 7 days of your rental: Up to 25% of what you paid is refunded.
• Within 4 days of your rental: No refund.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

The refund is based on when you cancel, measured from your scheduled pickup time.

Reservations are for a specific car. If it becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we’ll book you into a comparable car, or one of a higher caliber, at no extra cost.
